OMG I love the “done-wth-finals” feelings! It’s soo great!

Greatest excuse ever (courtesy of my parents):

Sigh……any reason to keep me chained at home….

So we’re at war…….in the words of West Virginia Democrat Sen. Robert Byrd (the oldest representative in Congress)

“Today I weep for my country. No more is the image of America one of strong, yet benevolent peacekeeper. … Around the globe, our friends mistrust us, our word is disputed, our intentions are questioned.

“We flaunt our superpower status with arrogance,” Byrd said, adding: “After war has ended the United States will have to rebuild much more than the country of Iraq. We will have to rebuild America’s image around the globe.”

SO I was checking out the old events my youth did (check out my youth at http://www.rosemeadksda.org) It’s startling on how much better I looked when I was younger! How sad, I’m aging…..

But anyways, I was looking through them and it’s surprising how much we have all gone through in a mere 2 years. Physically we have all changed, but also we have gotten closer together…
