new job
SO…..
I got this new job. I’m temping for Toshiba and the people are nice enough, but it just reminds me how I cannot work in a cubicle for the rest of my life. I mean, the sheer clinical, cold, feeling drives me nuts. I spent about 3 hours surfing the web and talking to jimbo the entire time, so that was time well spent. Hey I’m getting paid for it.
The only thing annoying about it is that I’m replacing someone who’s on a pregnancy leave. And these people come by and ask me annoying questions like “oh can you do this and this” And when I reply “OH, it’s my first day, I’m not sure how ” “oh well, Nancy (the person I’m temping for) knows how to do it” Stupid ass white crackers, do they not know that it’s my first flipping day?!?! Why are people so stupid? Why?
So, I understand that I should write some grand summary of France. I’m too lazy to do that. SO, just leave me questions in the comments and I’ll try to answer them. I’ll try to post pictures of some kind this week too…
But the main thing is yes I miss my boyfriend like crazy, but he’s coming here in August and then we’re going to canada together. WHy Canada? Why not? And no we’re not getting married and no I am not pregnant, well I believe I’m not…..
It’s so odd how 6 little months in a foreign country can make you fall in love and completely change your views on life, love, and men. (I’m serious Diane, travel!) Yes he doesn’t look like my type at all and if I met him in LA I probably wouldn’t be with him. But perhaps I needed to be in a foreign country and a bit lonely to see what I really needed..
